PASSO DEL TONALE

Besides its mountains and environment, what you will never forget is the sky: here the sun rises early and sets always lat: you will enjoy breathtaking dawns and sunsets and unique views of stars during the night.

Passo Tonale is a key location today in Val di Sole as a summer and winter ski resort with number of hotels, residences, services (supermarkets, shops, drugstore, doctor’s office, banks, tobacco shops), pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, clubs and lift facilities: you will find everything you need!

PONTE DI LEGNO

Ponte di Legno is the undisputed star of the upper Camonica Valley; you can reach this lovely village in 10 minutes by car (8 km from our hotel). Ponte di Legno boasts more than a century of tourist history: its smart centre and the pedestrian island are perfect places to go shopping or to meet people and have a coffee or an aperitif; moreover, in the main square of the village, many events are organized all year round.

Take a walk along one of the two rivers crossing the village; follow them till they flow into the river Oglio; admire this unique moment, which takes place at the entrance of the pedestrian island, near the former sawmill (now renovated and used as bar).

VERMIGLIO

Vermiglio is the last village of Val di Sole, located on the slopes of Monte Boai, and it is10 km away from our hotel. Vermiglio has preserved its original naturalness, typical of mountain villages, and its beauty exactly lies in this pure simplicity.

The village life occurs along the narrow and winding alleys, toiling up the north side of the valley, right in front of the stunning Presanella peak; along the state highway, you find the cultural centre where the White War Museum is hosted.

South, the newest part of the village is a plain with lovely small lakes; this area becomes a cross-country skiing slope in winter, while in summer it is a perfect place to walk, sunbathe, play: here, laying down on the grass, you will feel the nature surrounding you.

TEMÙ

Temù is a small mountain hamlet where many and important events take place, from the charming Christmas markets to the training camps of the most famous Italian football teams.

In Temù, you can admire the Adamello and start your hikes towards the Garibaldi shelter and the d’Avio lakes; the must see is the White War museum in the new small square dedicated to the Adamello pilgrimage.
